I joined with Chevron as Drilling Site Manager (DSM) or Company Man on Aug 2012. I drilled vertical well in Duri Steam Flood (DSF) field with Bormindo-09 (350 hp-Truck Mounted Rig) until I passed my probation in Chevron. After that, I have moved to bigger Rig Discoverer-06 (1000 hp-Truck Mounted Rig) drilling J-Type Well in Petapahan-Kotabatak Field. Then I've moved to Discoverer-07 Rig (1000 hp-Truck Mounted Rig) drilling Horizontal Well in Balam Field, Bekasap Field, Kopar Field and Drilling S-type delineation well in Jurong field. Then I assigned by my Suptend move to Bormindo-05 Rig (800 hp) Drilling J-Type well in Seruni field, Horizontal Well in Pungut Field, Petapahan and back to Bekasap. In early 2018, I have moved to Bormindo-03 (800 hp) Rig, drilling J-Type at Hitam Field. During 2012 - 2018, I've been developed by Chevron through DSM development training, Drilling practice training, Drilling fluid training, Cementing Training, Wellbore positioning & Directional Drilling, Drilling Engineering & well planning training, Drill string design training, casing & tbg design training, Managing hole problem training, solid control & waste treatment training & the last but not least is completion fundamental training. However, in Sept 2018, The Drilling campaign was stopped, then I moved to Wellsite Manager/workover supervisor
