Send the report to management and installers, to provide them the ability to schedule work load. Prepare and send daily and weekly emails to management. Including, but not limited to, number of daily jobs processed and the percentage of material costs to quoted cost. Run reports and place stock orders for both warehouses, based on usage, demand and forecasting. Work with the warehouse supervisors, to ensure that all PTI manufactured products are being created in a timely fashion and then allocate the parts to the correct project number. Use RapidFire to check consignment inventory at PTI. Create pick lists and purchase orders, to have material pulled by the warehouse staff and replenished by the vendor.  Request quotes and delivery times on material for engineering and open bids. Order material when jobs are awarded and work with vendors to make sure we are getting project costing.  Review and clean up the open order report and the negative quantities report on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
