Management :- Monitor Plans,programs and work progress- ensure equipment and materials meet quality control standards and regulatory requipments.- Coordinate activities with third party supervisor personal on the drilling nit in conjuction with the SDS.- Ensure compliance with all regulations with all regulations pertaining to the work and report any deviaations.Operations :- Co-supervise casing and cement jobs- Co-supervise operations such as fishing and well control- Supervise operations Drilling- Ensure prosedures employed meet acceptable technical standards as well as project plicy and procedures.- Upgrade drilling program to adjust for changes in the well bore pressure.Reporting :- Ensure completed all routine drilling and cost reports required by the operatorand regulatory bodies and review with SDSbefore submission to the operations ofice on a daily basisHSE :- Obesrve all company health, safety and environmental instructions, act in a safe manner and avoid unnecersary risks to themselves an otherrs- Immediately report any unsafe conditions or activities, dangerous onccurrences or injuries in the workplace.
