Fully responsible for audio-drama production consisting of:- Designing the end-to-end production process from pre-production brainstorming with scriptwriter to overseeing post-production with audio engineer. - Conducting talent casting including voice and character selection, scheduling, budgeting, and administrative. - Managing and directing the recording process to deliver high standard of audio content which ranged from technical quality to good voice acting.- Closely collaborating with Marketing and Creative Team to craft the promotional campaigns to meet the targeted audience and new users. - Monitoring the content performance as part of production and promotion decision making.

- Writing daily news on current business and economic issues for SWA Online and Majalah SWA.- Doing one-on-one interview with CEO/BOD level, entrepreneurs, and top business leaders for Majalah SWA. - Managing good relationship with PR, Executives, Entrepeneurs, and Business Leaders-Participating in book project by SWA publishing. I have participated in 2 books "Legacy & Wisdom" and "Compassionate Leadership".-Qualitative Research

-Writing SEO articles with various topics e.g: Insurance, economics, and financial.-Optimizing existing SEO articles

I've been fond of publishing fiction in online platform since 2016. In 2019 I got the opportunity to publish my writings with Penerbit Clover (under Gramedia Group). Currently I've published three novels. As of now, I'm still actively writing on online platform.
