Part of the Overseas Investment TeamAn Interim leadership role to support a team through a change process

Planning and delivering end-end BAU and project recruitment. Contributed to continuous improvement initiatives, mentoring staff and developing candidate care resources.

Working across a range of wellbeing projects including oversight and coordination of a workplace peer support programme, including the recruitment, training and pastoral care of peer supporters. Contributed to the research and development of training and resources for all employees.

Initially a short term contract undertaking BAU recruitment but was extended due to Covid.

Employee Experience Project - March - June 2019 I ran a small project, providing thought leadership and strategic oversight, reviewing the onboarding, induction and off-boarding experience of staff within a large business unit. This included a high level of stakeholder engagement, monitoring and reporting and the project evaluation design and implementation.Contractor Resourcing - May 2018 - February 2019 I worked alongside the hiring manager on resourcing and retaining a team of specialist contractors for a high visibility programme. This also included providing pastoral care to a team, supporting individuals through 1:1’s to manage team dynamics and work-stress. When this project finished, I was also utilised across the wider team to support other recruitment and business activities.

I worked across a range of short term business consulting activities and as an independent resource for projects that included outsourced recruitment services, business development, online learning mentor, vocational rehabilitation, business model development, content creation, Business coaching and personal development coaching.

Research and develop a provider capability strategy to enhance service delivery for 850 NGOs

Strategic and operational leadership of Mental Health and Peer Support Services including review and development of contracted services.
