  RESPONSIBILITIES :This project are ones large open pit coal in the world where involved of various biggest heavy equipments like Exavator Terex 340 with bucket capacity 34 m3 , shovel Hitachi 5500 capacity bucket 33 m3 ,dump truck Liebheer and Terex with capacity 112 m3 and Dozer CAT D11R and other kind branch of units that will supporting this project until completion in estimate of 10 years duration.As the Pit Controller, my duties be focus to :Service and support… Show more RESPONSIBILITIES :This project are ones large open pit coal in the world where involved of various biggest heavy equipments like Exavator Terex 340 with bucket capacity 34 m3 , shovel Hitachi 5500 capacity bucket 33 m3 ,dump truck Liebheer and Terex with capacity 112 m3 and Dozer CAT D11R and other kind branch of units that will supporting this project until completion in estimate of 10 years duration.As the Pit Controller, my duties be focus to :Service and support mining operation and Plant Maintenance under organize of Mine Engineering Department, to provide and update all of data equipments status that covered of incoming / out coming unit problem and units available status report via radio room and JDE Software Programming in order to optimally production by units utilities, reduce and minimize of lose time units in waiting, travel and down time effect during in shift activities.Active communication and interface with maintenance base control and relevant parties to review and monitoring all unit service requirements or completed status in other to keep mining operation in continuously shift activities.Calculated production every hours and daily activity of all equipment.Monitor and control mining production on an hourly basis including loading/unloadingAssist in the deployment of the fleet management systemSupervise the performance of operators in the mining operations in the shift by shiftSupervise to mine execution plans and necessary production and safety targets.Ensure strong disciplinary prosedures are enforced and followed consistently, assist to manage the crew man power and make sure the right pople are in the right place doing the right thingsArrange and provide print out of daily units status record include production shift result and distribution to all party that concerned for reference in mining plan purpose Show less
