Her stellar leadership and mastery level case presentation skills are what set her apart. During the last 25+ years, Andi has been in high-end private practice and spent the last several years as Vice President of Operations in the DSO realm. Andi has a unique way to support the team to achieve a Dream Team Culture. Her passion is coaching leadership skills, efficient systems that work, and having fun while executing a successful outcome. The better YOU are the BETTER it gets! With a proven track record, she has been successful in transitioning practices out of PPO to fee for service. Using her relatable communication skills, attention to detail, and efficiency with goals. She was able to launch her last private practice to increase their goal by 50% in less than 10 months.
