- Mechanical Design and assemblation Robotic Jig Automation system using software Solid Work Premium 2018.- Main task is to do Electrical Design and PLC programming for new jig development.Adobe with Control FPWin Pro 7 Software for Ladder Diagram PLC programming- Doing some machine troubleshooting- Setting up electrical and pneumatic system also adapt with pneumatic robotic instrumental like manifold base, Air Service Unit (ASU), Solenoid Valve, cylinder and sensor.- Set up control Box and electrical arrangement wiring for new jig automation system.- Adobe with electrical motors wiring ,motor driver and Servo Amplifier.- Transformers voltage regulator to Regulate voltage and resistance of 0.8 nichrome wire used for Ribbon Cutting Machine.- Build Display Counter System by using Internet Of Thing (IOT) that can calculate number of rejection, input and output for the product in one line production.- Automation Documentation and Report analysis.
