Andi Novick has been a practicing litigator for three decades and a partner in the firm of Finder Novick Kerrigan since 1986. As an expert in the field of housing law, she has lectured extensively before the New York State Bar Associations in legal education programs and conducted numerous training sessions for professional and public interest organizations. Ms. Novick has been involved as trial or appellate counsel in many significant cases and is also widely experienced in administrative agency practice and real estate litigation. Ms. Novick graduated from Rutgers School of Law in 1978.In 2005 Ms. Novick began studying the deficiencies of computerized voting systems and the constitutional history of election law in New York. She has organized and lead discussions at public forums, been a featured guest on numerous radio programs, testified before various government agencies and legislative bodies and has authored dozens of articles addressing the unconstitutionality of hidden vote-counting on software-based voting systems. Ms. Novick has been preparing state litigation and is hoping to bring together citizens, county governments and election commissioners to jointly challenge the unconstitutionality of New York's Election Reform and Modernization Act. Thousands of citizens have signed a petition, twenty county legislatures and numerous organizations have passed resolutions in support of saving New York's lever voting system.
