I am in charge as Pulp Dryer process Department Head, lead 102 persons, 5 Pulp Dryer Plants with total capacity around 9600 TPD, responsible to deliver Pulp Business Unit Balance Score Card achievement, with SHE and QPC as mandatory deliverable and develop people for pipeline successor readiness

I am responsible for Fiber line maintenance which consist of Mechanical , Electrical, and Instrumentation section, responsible for leading about 70 maintenance persons, taking care of Fiberline Plants which consist of Fiberline 1, Fiberline 2, Fiberline 3A , Fiberline 3B, Pinchip Digester, BCTMP line. Our objective are support yearly production target with SHE and QPC as mandatory deliverable, develop People for pipe line successor.

In This role, I am taking responsibility for DCS, QCS, Web Break Camera, Baling Quality System, PLC, VFD, and PI for Process Development & Digital Transformation, to achieve and support production targets given based on QPC, comply with SHE regulations, maintain optimum inventory level, project management, doing CAPEX project execution to meet with future needs and always do risk mitigation in all Automation concerns. Other Parts which are very important to develop People as Company assets to fill the successor pipeline, always focus on customer satisfaction by doing continuous improvement and delivering value added to all customers for their QPC, both internal and external customers.

- Responsible to insure the integrity of the equipment is maintained and oversees the implementation of all maintenance program to support Plant production and operation.- To ensure all DCS equipment's are 100 % working with optimum performance , compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.- To develop people skill and career path- To manage cost effectiveness and budgeting- Inventory control and effectiveness

Daily routine job : To do preventive maintenance activity at all automation control equipment such as Distributed Control System (DCS) equipment, Quality Control System (QCS), Bale Quality System (BQS), High Speed Camera System (Web Cam) To do failures analysis, optimizing, trouble shooting and resolve problem that related with automation process control in all area. Continue to do Continuous Improvement Project in Fiber Line Dept. On Call Week End in all area Riau Pulp and Daily On Call Stand-by for Pulp Machine #4 New Project, Fiber Line #1 DCS Migration , Pulp Machine #1 DCS Migration.Special job : Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) Pulp Machine #4 in July 2007, Project Commissioning with Andritz and Voith Automation in August 2007. Project Comisioning for Pulp Machine 3 Upgrade in March 2008. Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) Pulp Machine #1 DCS migration in June 2008. Site Acceptance Test (SAT) Fiber Line #1 DCS Migration in Augustus 2008. Site Acceptance Test (SAT) Pulp Machine #1 DCS Migration in September 2008.Continuous Improvement Project and Suggestion System Ideas have made : Reduce DCS Downtime up to 50% per year due to Communication Interface failure at Bleaching Line 2 Plant (saving USD 35000/year). Reduce DCS Downtime by Install bypass switch in Pulp Dryer Line 4. Install Switch for Continuous and Sequence Mode for High Pressure Shower in Pulp Dryer line 4. Improve Interlocking system for Decker Filtrate in old and new Screening Area in Pulp Dryer Line 1. Modification Host Marker Printer Pulp Dyer Line 2 and 3 in Balling Line no. 4, 5, 6. Install Help Mode Display for Press Section Area in Pulp Dryer line 4. Install Help Pages Display for Cooking and Heating Digester Fiberline No. 1. Install QCS/DCS Mode Display for Pulp Dryer Line 4.
