- Marketing activity in Oltenia region for developing customer’s portfolio through promoting corporate’s products of the bank. Submits new products requested by clients / offered on the market and supports their implementation- Providing solutions – collaborating with product’s specialists - covering complex range of banking products related to financing (loan, leasing, factoring), cash management, trade finance products, foreign exchange and money market products and bank services, in terms of overall profitability for the bank- Manages a clients portfolio (both corporate clients and public entities) with lending and non-lending relations - Preparing loan applications according to legal regulations, policies and procedures in place, including the financial performance analysis and assessment of capacity of a company to repay a loan based on a cash flow methodology (required to obtain credit approvals), devising financing and security’s structures negociated with the clients, proposing pricing mirroring the risk/reward pattern of the transaction keeping account by the market’s conditions- Close monitoring of the lending portfolio in order to detect and respond to the warning signals received from the customer, through restructuring proposals sending to the relevant Credit Committe for avoid customer’s default- Submit and supports loan application to relevant Credit Committee in order to approve the lending facilities negociated with the clients- Interaction with Loan Administration Division in order to implementing the approved lending facilities and monitoring of the covenants imposed through approvals - Regularly monitor the profitability of each customer relationship (RORA methodology) in order to loyalty profitable customers and exit from unprofitable relationships;- Responsible for budget revenues
