Manage Network devices Head Office ( Aruba Access Point, Cisco Switch, Cisco Router, Cisco ASA, Sangfor NGAF, Mikrotik), monitor the entire MPLS Malls network through PRTG Network Monitoring Software, Configure Cisco Routers & Switches, and helping all site Malls to configure Mikrotik Devices (QoS, Firewall, Routing, PPTP), coordinating to provider regarding internet network problems.

On site to serve customers (Ministry of Finance & Jakarta International School), Helping 2nd Level, further check problem from 1st Level and follow up to 3rd Level Escalation.ensure all juniper devices run properly, perform juniper device maintenance and juniper device configuration (VLAN, MC-LAG, Stacking).

Work with shifting hour (24x7) to help customer with their problems, do 1st Level Handling then open ticket to escalate to 2nd Level, Mikrotik device configuration ( QoS, Firewall, Routing, PPTP, DHCP ), and monitoring internet client through the dude Software.
