- Socialize, facilitate, and minitor the implementation of safety promotions (5s, Safety talk, and others)- Support all relevant employees to indentify all hazards & assess risks- Create work plans & expected targets, ensure implementation, monitor and evaluate QSHE Control activities- Monitor the implementation of 5S & waste management in the company & subcont- Carry out investigations in accordance with incident/event investigations proccedure. As well identifying, evaluating, & analizing the source of the problem and recommend corrective & preventive actions based on the result of the investigations

- Prepare & conduct safety induction for empleyee, visitor & interest parties- Daily mining inspection, personal behavior, equipment condition & environmental condition- Monitoring and follow up hazard report on daily meeting with internal department- Commissioning & inspect all new facility & equipment in mining operational

- Develop Monthly, Weekly, Daily SHE Report- Prepare & submit monthly Environment Perfomance Indicator (EPI) report- Assist in maintaining the on going development, implementation, & effectiveness of SHE program & database- Maintain in statistical safety data & trending up to date & SHE data report
