Specific Responsibility• Management Representative• NDT Level III service ( MT, PT, UT, MFL, ET )• Plan, manages and conducts internal audit to ensure the quality system• Assure that company service meet the quality standard and customer expectation in term of QHSE• Collects, analyze and report achievement of Company Objective in term of QHSE• Conduct Management Review Meeting regarding Quality Management and HSE System• Works closely with Purchasing Section in performing audit to supplier• Perform training and he/she shall ensure the employee performing work• Together with Operations Director, shall communicate to the employee the importance of meeting customer requirements as well as statutory and regulatory requirements• Collects, store, maintain and analyze internal nonconformance reports• Ensure all valid controlled copies of document are available in relevant place and or person• Inspection Research and Development• Ensure all Instrumentation, Measurement and Testing Equipment valid related to international and internal standard• Has responsibility to Operation Director and when it is necessary, could directly report to QMS/HSE Advisor ( Executive Director )General Responsibility• Responsible for budget and strategic planning of operation activities to achive company objective.• Provide technical support to Field Service Department through good coommunication and understanding of all standard, procedure, inspection, engineering process, maintenence, and tooling• Overall management of day to day operations, incorporating planner, scheduling and turnaround in accordance with customer specifications.• In conjunction with the directors and the management team, formulate and implement the short, medium and long term strategy for the company.• Develop and implement company objective, control production costs to budgeted limits. Controlled that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
