Doctoral candidate in digital platforms, strategy and entrepreneurship. My research interest lies in how Multisided Platforms (MSPs) can enhance the competitive position of small businesses. MSPs are network organisations that create value by connecting consumers, businesses, and service providers. Using technology and network effects, MSPs eliminate traditional business barriers, making it easier for producers to deliver goods and services to consumers. MSPs drive the digital economy by opening opportunities for innovation, development of capabilities, and access to competitive marketplaces.The outcome of my research is a conceptual framework that could help managers of both MSPs and SMBs engage in 'coopetition' (competition and collaboration) that would create additional values for the endusers.

As part of a KTP Project funded by Innovate UK, I am working with Aston University and Index to steer the allocation of technology toward incremental innovation and new product development. This dual approach aims to create a new tech venture while digitally enabling the incumbent business to achieve recurring growth objectives. In addition, I partner with the CEO and Founders as an Advisor to oversee strategy, finance, and M&A activities and ensure that core operations are positioned for sustainable growth.
