- Directly reporting to Business Owner and 1st HR and Operation person to be hired in the company- Responsible end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, HR interview, salary negotiation, offering, drafting PKWT/ PKWTT) from Staff to Section Head Level- Facilitated the employee attributes needs- Created and maintained payroll calculation for +40 employees and created attractive and measurable incentive calculations for +2 different role, as well as being efficient from financial side- Design salary structure and implement overall compensation and benefit strategy that drive engagement and retention- Manage the administration and dispersal of over 2,4 bil Rupiah in annual payroll, benefit, and compensation and serve the as the point of contact for employee- Creating Offering Letter & Employee Agreement

- Created and constantly tracking sales and outcome activity- Created and maintained all transactions in MYOB- Worked closely with General Affair and Operational Team by providing them with petty cash for ensure business process- Handling General Affair & Assets Management- Build and monitor Financial metrics of the company- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports- Support product, business, and other division to ensure profitable business decision.- Develop financial model for financing activities (fundraising or debt financing)
