After serving as temporary support since January of this year, I am incredibly excited to now be working full-time in the Configuration department of HPSJ as of August 2023. In just a short time, I have had the ability to become QNXT certified, and expand my knowledge of NetworX and CES. I look forward expanding even further and to becoming NetworX.

During this assignment, I assisted the agents of Covered California and their clients. I helped sustain the long-term relationships with agents by being a comforting voice available when they are in need. I walked agents through making complex changes, clarified information, and offered additional assistance when all else fails.

Regularly anticipating and adapting to legislation changes while I assist Californians impacted by COVID 19 to find help, explore alternative solutions, and provide clear expectations for their claim. I am humbled and honored to be in this position working with those who are most vulnerable, but my contract is set to be expiring soon.
