• Evaluate, advise and monitor TR Program of PSCs.• Develop and ensure guidelines TR Program PSCs.• Annually review, monitor, evaluate and recommend Work Program and Budget of PSCs, particularly manpower budget (national and expatriate) • Assist and support PSCs to develop TR program according to their business needs
