Management Representative including conducting management review meetings and coordinating with plant leadership to align operational strategic plans with Quality Department Objectives. Provide oversight and leadership to quality staff and department leaders in regards to quality strategies. Responsible for quality, safety and sustainability systems and procedures at the plant level, collaborating with peers from plants around the globe to ensure more unified directives. Manage destructive testing lab and QC team.

Conduct AS9100 & AS9110 process, product & system audits and maintain audit system. Monitor calibration laboratory and special processes throughout the facility. Lead process improvement teams resulting in increased revenue while maintaining quality. Assist in transition from AS9100 Rev /ISO9001:2008 to AS9100 Rev D/ISO9001:2015 & initial certification to AS9110. Oversee & audit NDT and calibration labs.

Develop, train, implement & maintain document and record control system from ground up. Develop, train, implement, maintain & improve FMEA and CAPA systems in SharePoint. Lead and act as point of contact for API Q2 quality standard external audits for engineering laboratory.

Develop processes and procedures for new maintenance and inventory system company wide. Train end users on new software and company specific processes. Ensure that end user input is accurate and related critical information to upper management across departments.

Serve as department representative for TS16949 implementation team. Liaise with government officials on external audits and compliance issues. Value stream mapping. Assist in transition to JIT inventory system. Manage department KPI boards. Research, select supplier and implement digital document & record control system.
