Served as lead engineer focused on optimal production of Santos Indonesia encompassing over 20 wells across three different platforms. Performed daily well surveillance and performance monitoring, uncovering opportunities for improvements across well works and de-bottlenecking (such as GLVCO, gas lift, allocation, compressors optimisation and choke adjustments). Recommended production optimisation opportunities, administering data surveillance ranging from rigless activities such as gas lift change out (GLVCO) thru tubing gravel pack (TTGP), add perforations, pack off, sand clean out, pressure surveys, PLT, CO logs to rig (work over) activities such as a water shut off, tubing upsize, and recompletion gas lift design.Identified hydrocarbon process and facilities bottlenecks, uncovering ways to improve options such as choke re-sizing, compressors engine upgrade, scale removal, and flow line modification.Supported petroleum engineering focused on new wells inflow prediction and completion design.Formulated PROSPER model to understand well deliverability and boost production for all wells. Developed IPM-GAP and Reo Integrated Production Model for evaluation of different production scenarios, debottlenecking, and proper gas lift injection allocation.Established Well Operating Guidelines (WOG).Audited project sites within one month of completion to identify and document issues as well as design preventative measures.
