Profile bio

About Andi Beebe

Despite working in the same place for nearly two decades, I acquired a diverse range of experience. I started in customer service, showed an affinity for numbers, and worked my way up to management levels in finance, accounting, and administration. I have cross-trained and performed duties in all aspects of business, from entry level order taking & fulfillment, to sales, purchasing, leadership, human resources, and high-level accounting. I often refer to myself as a jack-of-all-trades.In later years, I became more involved in administration functions as an Office Manager. In this capacity, my Human Resources duties expanded. With corporate headquarters thousands of miles away, I performed all aspects of HR for the region, from recruitment to orientation and termination. As I advanced in the organization, I became less directly involved with the customer base. My HR functions gave me the chance to engage with people again and ultimately led me to greater opportunities. I will always miss the accounting duties I previously performed; I love to crunch numbers. I enjoy projects...I can untangle any rat's nest and turn it into silk. I get tremendous satisfaction from completing a project that seemed insurmountable. Finally, I thrive in a collaborative environment.

Listed skills include Leadership, Crochet, Team Building, Accounting, and 27 others.
