• I have developed different modules into the ERP system: the electronic requisition sheet module for tracking the revenue expenditures have leaded to a 75% decrease of the time spent within the monthly closing reporting process for the revenue expenditure reporting process; Costs Analysis of the budgeted revenue expenditures and of the investment expenditures; I have prepared the profitability and cash flow financial reporting; I have analysed the distribution costs and I have improved the profitability model within the secondary supply chain.
