The Flex Boston Innovation Center (BIC) is an idea generation, design, and prototyping facility located in the Boston Design Center (Seaport). This Innovation center services all of the Flex Segments / Business groups including High Reliability Solutions, Consumer Technology, Industrial and Emerging Industries, and Communications and Enterprise Computing with a strong focus on Healthcare, Robotics and IoT. The Boston Innovation Center works closely with Fortune 500 companies as well as startups and academic centers in order to provide our sketch-to- scale™ solution to the greater Boston area/ecosystem bridging the gap between idea creation, prototyping and design to large scale manufacturing. Our manufacturing and prototype engineers work directly with customer engineering teams as well as engineers across the worldwide Flex organization to create designs, prototypes and functional models of future innovative products. Responsibilities:• Designed, implemented, and maintained Salesforce accounts for customers including Fortune 500 companies, startups, and academic centers to track engagements and community outreach per public funding requirements.• Managed pipeline and prepared written reports on metrics such as segment transfers and project milestones.• Implemented process for vetting and converting prospective clients to paying customers.• Hosted 60+ tours and follow-up meetings at the BIC for prospects which required customer service skills • Responsible for tracking engineering hours against project scope for client updates using Planview• Coordinated and executed phase two construction while working with architects, sub contractors, and Flex corporate.• Built and maintained relationships with external vendors such as property manager, facilities management, catering companies, office supplies, and security contractors.

With a focus on the most intuitive, approachable style factors, Style Research makes it easy for fund managers, asset owners and investment consultants to form clear insights, agree on the drivers of portfolios, and eliminate vague or unclear methodologies for investment analysis.Responsibilities: • Served as accounts payable/accounts receivable (AP/AR) contact for 75+ clients in the US and Canada.• Functioned as primary HR contact for 15 North American personnel, onboarding six employees.• Prepared US and Canadian corporate/state year-end tax materials for KPMG.• Integrated North American and UK Salesforce accounts into one companywide account.• Planned/executed financial service events for 200+ guests, utilizing HubSpot for marketing.• Established and registered company with New York State for sales and employment taxes.

An Internal Fitness Company is a start up biotech organization which has developed a pin-prick blood test that can assess the health of the gut microbiome. The approach is focused on restoring internal fitness by a sophisticated test which identifies key small molecules associated with the gut microbiome that are out of balance, and an individualized therapy which restores these molecules to their proper levels through a personalized program which includes proprietary supplements specifically targeted at improving gut microbiome health.Responsibilities: • Created budget/financial statements to assist CEO in two successful funding rounds. • Represented organization at Boston Chamber of Commerce events and 2015 Pinnacle Award ceremony.• Calculated and processed payroll for CEO’s 501(c)(3), Science from Scientists.

The CEO was a BBJ 40-under-40 recipient, was presented with the Boston Chamber of Commerce Pinnacle award and selected her as one of the “Ten Outstanding Young Leaders” in Boston. Additionally she serves on the Massachusetts STEM Council Legislator Education Work Group and the Board of Elementary and Secondary Education STEM Advisory Council.
