CurrentManages existing and new Contract Manufacturing (CM) accounts for finished products, bulk products, raw material, packaging, and printing.Supply Planning: Responsible for the planning, management, procurement, and distribution of over $20 Million in revenue of 100+ unique finished goods SKUs. This includes management of all products, packaging, labels, and product materials related to CVSI.Ensures production requirements and timelines for all CVSI brands are executed successfully.Collaborate with CM and internal stakeholders to help CM's achieve CVSI's goals for product, price, quality, and delivery.Ensures that accurate and efficient Supply Chain management procedures are maintained with our Contract Manufacturers. This includes but not limited to successful forecasting, acquisition, allocation, and delivery for any materials or components that may be necessary to complete time sensitive project demands.Serves as a liaison between the QA/QC manager and the CM to troubleshoot any product quality issues as they occur. Ensures all necessary QA/QC documentation is completed for each finished product production. Creates and manages all purchase orders for finished product, components, and packaging material.Manages the product production progress with the CM from start to finish until product is released for sale.Oversees payments between the vendor and CV Sciences to ensure payment terms are met.Develop and nurture executive relationships with CM partners to obtain consistent support and resources.Coordinates and oversees all freight and shipping logistics for CVSI Products.Manages product details, margins, and pricing/contract negotiation from CMs, Printers, and Component Manufacturers.Creates and Manages systems for all product information to provide consistency and clarity for all CVSI employees.Works closely with other CVSI departments such as: production, warehouse, sales, marketing, and the executive team.
