I have been the Co-Chair since 2022. In this role, I am jointly responsible for sustainably growing inclusion for rainbow professionals and working with organisations to build more inclusive workplaces. I'm a frequent public speaker at events. I’m also responsible for our strategy, purpose, and developing short and long-term plans.

I’m currently managing a project to integrate Microsoft Dynamics D356 with Power Apps for a major eCommerce platform. My role encompasses client liaison, overseeing design, development, testing, and go-live planning to enhance the platform’s capabilities.

In this role, I am responsible for improving our agile ways of working, developing agile teams, and facilitating organisational collaboration. This involves coaching, mentoring, and guiding leaders, change squads, enablers, centres of expertise and service teams to lift capability and improve their agile and lean ways of working.

In this role, I promoted agile values and ways of working throughout the company by working with teams and the organisation to create customer-focused, high performing teams that deliver customer value with a culture of learning, empowerment, experimentation and collaboration.

My main focus was working with multiple hardware and software teams to optimise scrum to deliver quality systems quickly for our customers.

This was a part-time position. OUTLine provides confidential and self-affirming LGBTIQ+ phone support, face-to-face counselling, and trans peer support groups.

Managing the implementation of student management systems and Dynamics projects. My key focus has been on change management, facilitation, training, and go-live planning.

OA Systems is a specialist company delivering Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) solutions for customers, especially in the ITO educational area. My focus was on ensuring the delivery of projects and support to meet customer needs. Most of our Dynamics deliveries were in the digital and e-commerce space requiring integration with finance systems. I worked with the team on improvements to project delivery and engagement in the following areas:• Using Agile methods and tools like Microsoft DevOps with appropriate customers• Coaching the team to improve communications both internally and with customers• Changing processes around the support and management of cases with the aim of providing a better service to customers• Leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform (Flow, Power Apps, and Power BI)

As a hands-on agile project manager, scrum coach, and product owner I ran an eighteen-month project to select and deliver replacement systems for ChildFund. Selected and implemented Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE/CRM), Microsoft NAV financials, ClickDimensions Marketing Automation, and Payment Express. I also managed our Digital environments, championed diversity and inclusion initiatives, and coached the team in agile culture, which was pivotal to the success of introducing these systems and the acceptance of new processes

Project management and consultancy.

In this role I was responsible for ensuring that the Oracle, Microsoft, Windows, and Linux enterprise based systems were operating efficiently, available at all times, and supported the Company’s strategy.

I was responsible for all technology projects developed. As Program Manager I worked with VPs, senior executives, our global sales team, and product managers to prioritise and manage the program of development work using tools such as Salesforce and Jira. I also acted as Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master for the development of two key projects; a cloud ready data agent running on .NET, and the development of a new ARM SOM based controller running on Linux. I worked with the development teams to improve the working environment and adherence to the Gilbarco lean and agile scrum processes.

Team Management and also Project Manager for outsourcing in India, and for the data centre migrations in the US, Australia, and UK. Working in an agile environment, my team’s main responsibilities were internal development, management of data centre operations, customisation development to integrate with ERP systems, and technical support. For the internal development team I acted as their Scrum Master.

I was responsible for fixing issues with two projects that were at risk, and then handing them over to project managers when resolved. The first project was Sky’s existing Pegasus financial management system and the second project implemented the PayGlobal HRMS payroll system.

Working within the corporate services team, I was responsible for managing intranet, enterprise 2.0, and infrastructure projects.

As part of a five million dollar decommissioning programme I have lead several development projects to replace local legacy systems with new applications that integrated with core Woolworths Australian based systems.

I built a talented and motivated team who worked closely with the business to deliver solutions for internet, sales, warehousing, and supply chain (B2B) systems which were deployed and used by over 3000 people in Oceania, America, Europe, and Asia.
