CurrentBartending, service and hospitality at its highest level. We create cocktails and develop a cocktail list that is seasonal and relevant to what is happening the the kitchen. We are responsible for running the bar from top to bottom with minimal management involvement (opening & closing procedures, money handling, stocking, ordering) while being up to DOH standards. We also take care of guests to the fine dining level you expect from Daniel including offering the 7 course tasting menu nightly at the bar.
