1. Translate High Level strategy into executable product roadmap and ensure the delivery through effective communication and prioritization2. Maintains the competitiveness, and product market-fit by defining key-metrics to be achieved on each milestone of the road-map and responsible for the delivery of each metrix3. Conduct market research, A/B Testing, and other In-take sessionswith internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, draw potential use cases, and validate the assumptions made for the proposed road-map4. Gather all the use-cases collected from In-take sessions into more detail Product Requirements Document (PRD) to support further analysis by Engineering team5. Create work-breakdown structures of each use-case in Agile's User Story-format and negotiate directly with Engineering team to maintain the feasibility of the road-map6. Drive quality for high standards and maintain clear objectives to Engineering, Design, and QA team through leading by example7. Supports requests for proposals and presentations and ensures all relevant materials exist to support the growth of the product8. Use combination of spreadsheets, presentation, flow-charts, or diagrams to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
