Andi started his career as an employee and build his way up from scratch to become a business owner of conventional business over a decade ago. The business grows quite stable but he felt it’s not the fulfillment he wanted to achieve. He wanted to develop a business that can help and influence a lot more people to achieve something bigger in their own life. He believes a successful business must be able to inspire people to dream bigger, achieve more, and impact more life. Andi is a practitioner of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Hypnotherapy, and Law of Attraction to constantly growing himself and those people around him. As positive attract positive, he also known to practice empathy and kindness in all aspect of his life. Andi done his deep search of his why and found his purposes in life is to change lives of others and inspire them to live a fulfilling life. To fulfill his why, Andi then stepped out of his comfort zone and work his way to build a platform where every people have the exact same chance to change their life no matter their race, age, gender, or income and provide them with mentoring and a great team to help, inspire, and support each other. So together, making this world a better place to live.
