With over 25 years of experience as an NDT/UT and MPI Inspector in the Wind Farm, Oil and Gas construction industries, I possess extensive knowledge and expertise in inspecting various facilities, including Fabrication and Erection of Platform (Deck, Topside, Jacket), FPSO, Pipeline (Onshore and Offshore), Refinery, and more.My specialization lies in monitoring and inspecting all NDT/UT and MPI activities to ensure strict adherence to project specifications. I meticulously review UT and MPI procedures against company specifications and industry codes such as ISO 11666, AWS D1.1, ASME IX, API 1104, API RP2X, and API 5L.My comprehensive understanding of each project specification and respective NDT procedure allows me to effectively implement the requirements of UT Procedure, project specifications, and relevant standards for UT inspection. This includes, but is not limited to, reviewing subcontractors' NDE procedures to ensure compliance with international/national codes, standards, and project specifications.Furthermore, I am adept at identifying and assessing potential risks to the project that may arise from inadequate NDE procedures, subpar equipment, or lack of NDE competencies by the subcontractor. I diligently carry out UT Cross Checking and promptly report my findings to the Manager.
