Ran the campaign for Bristol Mayor, achieving second place - the first time the Green Party has ever reached a mayor election run-off. Led the cross-campaign working that saw the most Green councillors ever elected to a single authority as well as record results in metro mayor and PCC elections, all taking place simultaneously.

Ran the Green Party's 2021 national campaign for the Senedd (Welsh Parliament) in a jobshare, achieving record results and increased votes in every race in which we stood. In an election dominated by Labour and the Conservatives, the Green Party was the only other to see an increased voteshare.

Ran the national training programme for the party's new CRM and digital campaigns tool Action Network for around a thousand party officers.

Campaign Manager for London Mayor and Assembly elections. Built the campaign up before covid delayed the elections - polling showed us on track for record results, and the brilliant campaign team continued on to deliver new records in May 2021 and gain a 3rd Assembly Member for the first time in 20 years.

We work on the principle of local people helping local people: members save with us, we lend the funds out to local borrowers at very competitive rates and use that interest to pay a dividend back to savers. It's an ethical, win-win alternative to the big high street banks.

Responsible for the strategic direction and overall running of the rapidly-growing regional West Midlands Green Party.WMGP works to win elections and build capacity across the metro area around Birmingham, plus the counties of Staffordshire, Shropshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Herefordshire. We currently form the official opposition in Solihull, we hold the balance of power in the city of Worcester, we are represented in all 6 counties and in 2019 we won our 100th council seat (up from just 3 back in 2010!), and I was incredibly proud to oversee the campaign that saw the Green Party's first ever MEP elected in the West Midlands.
