Completion of project buyout for various major and minor trades; to include creation of scopes of work and contract documents. Creation and management of project schedules, and subcontractor milestones. Lead weekly onsite subcontractor meetings and preconstruction meetings, this includes schedule revisions and working with last planner system. Monthly leadership of OAC meetings with owner and public funding agents. Preparation of all documents related to OAC meeting including pay application. First point of contact and management of relationship with owner and public agents. Working management of budget within accounting software and pay application. Issuance of monthly internal cost projection to Weaver Cooke upper management. Responsible for creation and execution of pay applications along with all change orders to subcontractors and to/from owner.
