Worked with small businesses to create compelling videos for marketing campaigns that aligned with their visions and told their stories authentically

Served as a member of an 8-person team to create the Girls Leadership Academy for Service & Sport in Playa Flamingo, Costa Rica. We developed a curriculum centered around sports, service and global engagement. Program operations included leading sport-specific training and fitness training as certified by NorthStar Sports, directing and participating in service-learning, delivering leadership development workshops and guiding adventure excursions.-Content creator in video production for marketing and social media campaigns, executing every step of the process from planning all the way to completion-Leadership curriculum task force to create a 7-part leadership curriculum, including research and synthesis of findings-Facilitated 10-day program sessions that required adaptability, quick problem solving, responsibility and enthusiasm-Committed to weekly service with local partners, creating a model for service that was sustainable, mutually beneficial and fit the needs of the community

-Worked closely with championships, compliance and governance in Ivy League Office to prepare for the upcoming academic year and to improve the Ivy League Student-Athlete experience-Edited the Ivy League Manual, organized files for compliance, completed research, and created flyers to send to coaches and students about resources and reminders which required strong attention to detail, research and creativity
