• I worked on Maintenance and troubleshooting of Internal and Spec System for All Factory. Also Coordinate to R&D, QC, and Production Dept for spec product update. From This project I successfully established the material consumption (MRP) automatically by system that previously manual by Excel. • Create Material Daily Consumption Plan, maintain Material Yield and coordination with QC and Production Dept yield analysis. • Responsible for Inventory Control Main Material by conducting Monthly Stock Opname and Commence the Tracing Gap and make the reconciliation.• Person In charge for VMI System implementation and Coordination with VMI Supplier and Warehouse.• Responsible for Management Budget Report, Stock Level Report and other essential report.

Responsible to manage all activity in Raw Material Warehouse. Managing Chemicals, Yarn, Paper Tube, Plastic Packaging, and Spare part Storage Area.
