I was born on September 10, 1989, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. I completed all my studies from basic to high school, adding English courses, and computers. I love sport. Since I was little, my parents instilled in me values, which currently have worked perfectly for me. At a young age, after studying and doing my homework, I dedicated myself to working with my father in the area of automotive mechanics, where I acquired a lot of knowledge of personnel and cash management. When I was 15 years old, I started working temporarily in a program that several companies had in the country called VERANITO, which consisted of working part time, during school holidays. In the veranito I had experience in hardware stores and in pizza restaurant.In 2008, I entered the APEC University, in which I obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hotel Administration, Service and Banquet mention, in this I took several courses in culinary techniques, and participated in the interuniversity competition of the country, obtaining the 2nd place in entrees of Mexican cuisine. Starting my career, I had the opportunity to work in the area directly where I began to obtain the necessary experience in the area of study.At the age of 21 I began to gain experience working with American franchise, Chilis Bar & Grill, as a line cook, where I later grew to become a supervisor and kitchen manager. In this restaurant I was able to develop my skills in both cooking and service for 4 years. In 2015 I entered one of the most prestigious Club in the country, Santo Domingo Country Club, here I entered as supervisor and kitchen manager of the recreation area. In mid-2016 I was hired by the American franchise PF Changs Asían Grill, as sous chef, in the country, they sent us to San José, Costa Rica, to receive training in the area before opening in the country, this time I grew a lot , and I finished as Chef de Cuisine in 2019. In November 2019 thanks to all the previous experiences, I am representing the Naca´n Restaurant, in the Colonial City, as Restaurant Manager, always providing my knowledge and strategies in the area of work, to mark excellence in the Caribbean and the United States. In Octouber 2021 was hire in Flor de Cafe as a Food and Beverage Manager of the restaurant, to reduce the clients complain and bring the food and drinks on time that every client wait in the table. Now and currently May 2022 i am hire in A&W Canada, especific in Victoria BC, as a Food Service Supervisor, to run the restaurant with all the policy and standard.
