About Andi Tegtmeyer

My experience as a Certified Residential Appraiser, with a Sales and Customer Service background has brought me to my current role as Right of Way Analyst for Kitsap County. I am able to effectively act as a consultant while researching and analyzing complex property data. As an active Board Member of the Appraisal Coalition of Washington, a member of The Appraisal Institute and IRWA, I remain current in Right of Way and Appraisal issues. I have extensive knowledge of city and county zoning and planning rules and regulations and have worked within state, federal, and individual lender real estate guidelines.
