Job duties and responsibilities of the position require a service-oriented mentality and negotiation with property owners for the acquisition of various property rights (right of way, easements, permits, real property) for road, sewer utility, solid waste, and stormwater drainage construction projects and/or other improvements within the Public Works Department.
