Prior to Stage 2 Capital, I spent 10 years recruiting GTM professionals beginning my career at Premier in 2012, followed by launching my own boutique recruitment firm Vanetta Partners (2014-2022) focused on Sales, Marketing, CS, and People Operators at stealth to scale up startups. Some notable client partners included Zoom, Xamarin (MSFT), Zendesk, Plaid, Algolia, Evinced, DialPad, Legion Technologies.Having partnered with many VC firms over my decade long journey in search and placement, I began my journey as a Limited Partner, reinvesting in the next generation of founders at aligned VC funds. During that time I became an LP in Stage 2 Capital Fund II via my history with Stage 2 Capital co-founders Mark Roberge (Founding CRO, HubSpot / HBS) and Jay Po (fmr Bessemer Capital) which led to my current role as Operating Partner, spearheading the LP Relations function of the firm (a flywheel of portfolio GTM support, formal advisory board buildouts, key hire placement, LP community, and fundraising).
