Director, Global Operator MarketingF-Secure Corporation Mar 2009 - Dec 2010My responsibility was leading F-Secure's operator marketing teams to drive the company's more than 200 operator partners to ramp up their marketing efforts towards their end-customers, and thus to increase the take-up rate of their F-Secure –based value added (SaaS) services. This involved developing both the account teams in the countries and F-Secure’s HQ marketing team to take a more consultative role in planning longer-term marketing co-operation with operators. Tools, processes and methodologies were developed to make marketing co-operation more efficient in areas such as developing the customer journey, activity budgeting and co-funding processes, joint marketing planning and prioritization, and analyzing operator VAS marketing activity results in order to be able to leverage those insights across the global partner ecosystem. The operator revenues grew by 24% in 2009. -

Ecosystem Program Manager / Chief OntologistHp Aug 2001 - Jan 2004Responsible for the HP Mobile E-Services Bazaar technology enablement program for mobile solution developers, specifically building the Bazaar Ontology, a global registry of web- and e-services based on HP's Mobile E-services Server technology. The HP Mobile E-Services Bazaar was a global ecosystem program for bringing together mobile operators and more than 700 solution development companies from around the world. My responsibilities also included innovating ecosystem events for the Bazaar members, and I initiated the concept and managed the creation of events like the Bazaar Camp (focused on developers) and the Bazaar Dynamo (focused on business connections between operators and solution developers). These events later became models for ecosystem events, and were copied or adapted by several other organizations. I was also the co-author of the "Not the Big Bazaar Book". -
