I worked consistently and directly with the clients to design and implement design standards as part of our framework offering. Working under condensed delivery periods, I led brief gathering process for UK Government Hub projects, interacting with Senior estates stakeholders to interpret complex and secure projects. I successfully delivered Concept Design proposals in line with British Standards and BS8300 Inclusive Design Standards, influencing the client to implement these best practices as part of their Design Standards. I interfaced directly with CAT A Developers and led the design assurance of RIBA 3 CAT A submissions, delegating and collaborating with multi-disciplinary colleagues to ensure the client received a building compliant to British Standards and client standards before Agreement for Lease.
