Matt has been in ministry since 2000. In each place of ministry, he has hoped to bring health to every organization by bringing how things operate into greater order. Whether planting a church, opening a food pantry, serving in Administration, or leading an Operations Team, the goal has always been to develop the right systems and build the best team for things to run more smoothly. Matt believes that when the church is healthy, the more people connect to God and see their lives changed for the better.
