As the only switch mechanical engineer at Com Dev USA I had one job title but a variety of roles:• Team Lead: manage technicians and product flow on switch and L-Band diplexer programs.• Engineer: review customer requirements, contribute mechanical portion to design proposals, write test and assembly procedures, set up cleanroom for switch production including ESD stations, review data, resolve anomalies• Project Manager: served as program manager for a small (~$200k) switch pack program

Primary role was as switch mechanical engineer but also served as the project engineer on the UHF Omux program certifying the weld vendor, verifying welds on hermetically-sealed assemblies, and overseeing environmental testing.

Primary role was as switch mechanical engineer. During this era the core of the business unit switch product line was established including a coaxial SMA T-switch and waveguide switches from WR15 to WR229 as well as improvements to the coaxial SPDT and transfer switches.
