SEEKING NON- EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS FOR NEW ROLEUPS FOUNDERS EQUITY PROVIDED. I provide clinical and administrative support to Davita Hub supporting the San Diego and North County area. By providing support to staff, patients, and administrators for all matters of concern relating to the facility wide lifecycle management of medical equipment. The Biomedical Equipment Support requires the support of: 40 Stages, 30 PD Machines, 10 Optima spectra, 160 Fresenius machines and portable reverse osmosis devise for dialysis machines. I support a repair this equipment by applying engineering and mechanical concepts and methodology to provide lifecycle management and support. This does is not limited to the performance of diagnostic, monitoring, and repair to the equipment. By improving the clinical care provided by doctors, nurses, and other clinical staff throughout Davita Medical Clinic. All the equipment I support is maintained to the standards required by multiple accrediting agencies like the Food and Drug Administration, The Davita Inspection, the state department health care Association. In the daily duties I maintain the Lifecycle management encompasses the technology assessment including defining requirements and analyzing alternatives with clinical users. Also, I have to evaluate and best value determination of proposed equipment and systems in which the implementation includes site preparation, incoming inspections, device/system integration, network device security implementation and clinical equipment. In a dally bases I sustain regular and unscheduled maintenance, upgrades and enhancements, end of useful life tasks including decommissioning, data sanitization, and technical evaluation for condition prior to disposal and strategic planning for end-of-life replacement in conjunction with clinical services. Most of my work is based on completing routine work without supervision. Seeks assistance in difficult or new situations. Completes work assignments independently Seeks expert assistance with particularly difficult or unique situations. Participates as a member of each facility’s Quality Improvement Committee meetings (QIFM) Knows and complies with state or federal regulations of the Teammate Health and Safety Training Program Orders and maintains appropriate parts inventory for all equipment serviced Discusses equipment maintenance problems with the ABS, DBA and Facility Administrator Makes cost effective recommendations for improvements; monitors and controls expenses for dialysis equipment in accordance with budgetary expectations.
