I am a full-stack web developer whose strength is front-end work, and I am never afraid to get my hands dirty with some server-side coding. I am skilled in the MERN stack and Typescript. I flourish when working on large-scale applications, as they encourage you to pay attention to details that lead to better solutions. I thrive when working and collaborating in international, professional environments and on challenging projects.In 2015, started working for Ovitas as a web designer and site builder. This was the perfect role for me as, at that time, I was open to learning more about both web design and web development. During the first year, I focused primarily on web design, UX design, and site-building. Furthermore, I learned the basics of programming, mostly in Java as this was the company’s principal programming language. During my time in this role, I also became familiar with the basic skill set for Typescript.I implemented smaller features on a large project, SienceOpen. This project provided me with the opportunity to polish my site-building and web development skills. On the top of that, it allowed me to experiment with newer tasks and challenges, like designing and implementing dynamic SVG charts. It was almost like a front-end full-stack experience.Another noteworthy project that I worked on was a new project for MTI, a Hungarian news agency. I implemented their search and article pages. As I completed this project without CSS frameworks, this experience further developed my site-building skills. While working on the project, I also gained experience in SCSS. For Javascript framework, I used Mithril with JSX and Typescript.While working for IBM, I was fortunate to work on a large-scale, microservice architecture based app. I started as a front-end developer and I learned more about being a full-stack. As this was a new project, I had the opportunity to thoroughly influence the direction of the project and worked as a key developer from the beginning stages of the project.During my time at IBM, I learnt the basics of microservices, handling development environments, Agile development, reusing shared code between the services and handling Mongo. Additionally, my team utilized a feature ownership framework, thus, I was able to plan and coordinate feature development on several occasions.At Qualysoft I worked on a business-critical Ericsson project. I started as a senior front-end developer and was promoted to lead developer, coordinating 4 devs. During the year I spent at Qualysoft, I added client-side unit testing to my skill set.
