I am Brazilian, I was born in São Paulo and today I live in Santa Catarina in the south of Brazil.I gained experience in activities that allowed me to develop skills for a good professional: assertive communication, conflict and people management, adaptability, resilience and having a vision of the business as a whole.My first professional discovery was that I knew how to sell! I entered the telemarketing sales business at a large telephone company. It was about 5 years of this partnership that showed me that I am able to relate well with people of different profiles and that this could also be real in person.One of my great achievements in professional experience was also one of my biggest dreams, at the age of 19 when I got a scholarship from PROUNI, I started my studies in the Marketing Course at UNIVALI and that same year I joined as an Administrative Technician in the Infrastructure area of University. There were 6 years of experience with team management, contracting and supervising third-party companies, financial management with payment and issuance of NFE.As it says in my profile, I'm a “Traveler” and it was during my experience at Univali and the contact with exchange students that I started my plans to take a course outside the country and later immigrate. I have always had a passion for other languages ​​and have studied English, Spanish at the basic level and French at the basic level. The search for an experience of studying abroad is also to help me develop my communication in these languages.In 2020 I decided to venture into an internship in the Technology area with CRM7 – Partner of Zoho in Brazil.A new Universe! It's been a huge learning experience in such a short time and once again I feel like I've found myself! In addition to working on the implementation of Zoho applications, with about 4 months I had the opportunity to take on a team of Implementers and Developers as Senior Implementation Consultant and Project Management.This year, at the age of 27, I had the challenge of assuming the position of Business Analyst at the company, working in an area that has not yet been explored in the Organization, which will give me the opportunity to develop strategies for our products and services, monitor the quality of the teams' activities, develop internal flows and processes and for customer projects.Today I can understand that I am prepared to take more risks and challenge myself, because I want and will achieve more.
