Guides and ensures the development, implementation and maintenance of consistent and applicable standards for security systems hardware and software deployed throughout the region. Ensures seamless integration of the security system with security operations. Guides in the creation and maintenance of global security system policies, standards, procedures, and manuals to ensure appropriate controls are in place to reduce the operating risks associated with the systems. Ensures implementation of appropriate business continuity and disaster recovery protocols related to security systems. This includes end-user manuals and education programs that ensure consistent and appropriate use of the global security management systems. Guides development and implementation of global standards for programming and conducts regional audits on the systems to ensure efficiencies and appropriate level of control.
