Product data management – the main responsibility would be in creating and administrating product data in our Product Information Management system, based on input from Product Management team: • Import and export data• Product data Translation management• Establishment and management of product taxonomies • Perform regular data integrity and quality audits, to ensure redundancy avoidance• Support global data structure guidelines • Support syndications• Continuous improvement by supporting data enrichment projects• Working closely with global Product Data Team• Create work instructions, regulations, prioritization rulesAssets management – the main responsibility would be adding different types of assets in the Digital Asset Management system and linking them for proper web display.• Upload images, drawings, graphics, files, videos etc. into the global Digital Asset Management system and fill in all mandatory metadata (title, type, description, keywords, language etc.)• Link asset IDs from Digital Asset Management system to Product Information Management system• Ensure redundancy avoidance • Stick to Digital Asset Management rules and regulations while processing the necessary uploadsSupporting the generation of product catalogs based on PIM data• Definition and alignment of content with the Product Management team• Exporting product data to catalog / brochures / datasheets• Drive creation and support implementation of layouts for catalog / brochure structure in line with Marketing leadership and Product Managers • Proposals and execution of catalog / brochure everyday improvements in terms of production and layoutSupport product imagery creation• Support creation of photo-realistic product photos and 3D animations based on CAD data (rendering) • Validation, maintenance, and preparation of the data • Comply with enterprise-level design acceptance criteria

The main task is to supply returnables packages to the plants in Europe and make sure that the stocks are updated and all needed packages are available. Working with SAP I am also in charge of verifying customers accounts to find deviations that causes false stock figures and handling amendments towards the customers.I handled SAP price invoice corrections and I am also involved in organizing yearly inventories and reporting the figures to the customers.Actively participated to relocation of department - training and second level support for new employees.

I first started in Autoliv Romania as a PR person,in the first spring dynamics division and afterwards in the steering wheel division. My job consisted mainly of supplying the production and office with all needed consumables without exceeding the budget based on the history of consumption. Also, I was responsible of supplying the personnel with all needed human resources certificates, organizing the routes for the employee transport and follow-up over the meetings room. I also made sure that everyone has all the health&safety (SSM) evaluation valid and oversaw waste disposal.After a wonderful period in the administration department I received the opportunity to work in the logistic department. I first receive the task to track all normal and special shipments, organize them and verify the invoices for them. Together with this task I also was responsible for ordering a part of the non-returnable packages and for creating the packaging work instructions for all materials in the Seatbelt department.After a period, I took over full time task in the returnable package department. Here I was in charge with supplying the production with returnable packages for several important customers: VW Group; JLR; FORD; GM. I made follow-up over all customers’ accounts and solved any deviations regarding stock figures by making amendments and annual inventories. Together with the project team I implemented the packaging for the new materials.
