With over 20 years of teaching experience, I am passionate about empowering individuals to pursue their academic and career goals in agriculture, related sciences, and any other genre. As an educator, I design and implement curriculum, assessments, and instructional strategies that align with the state, national, and global standards to meet the needs of diverse learners. I also mentor and coach new and aspiring educators, sharing my knowledge and best practices in education. I am a published author of research. My skills in program management and curriculum development, along with my expertise in agriculture education, enable me to provide high-quality and relevant education to learners and my colleagues. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are important and can bring the necessary partnerships for the goal into collaboration for measurable success.
