- Assisting the Disaster and Health WASH Team to implement DRR, Health and WASH activities at the project sites and program coordination. - Supporting the WASH team in its community-based project on safe drinking water by transcribing data from different communities and compiling it in Drinking Water Safety & Security Plans for different communities included in the VCAP project.- Developing business plans for the WASH team – Household water filter marketing plan.- Coordinating and assisting with the technical planning officer to acquire and perform desk review of SDM plans, schools’ vulnerability and needs assessments; and Red Cross plans and documentation for the Malekula project site. - Assisting the IYCP coordinator in preparing the study visit of the main donors of the project – Japanese Red Cross Society by finalising school disaster management reports and plans, organise training sessions for SIMEX and plan meetings with the schools participating in the tour.- Coordinating the review of all three quarterly reports for the IYCP project and developing master scenarios for all 7 hazards to be used in SIMEX along the other schools that have not been included in the JRCS’s study visit. - Supporting the Volunteer and Youth Officer in developing job descriptions for the volunteer focal points in each of VRCS’s departments.
