I am a "creative life designer" - I help professional women on the edge of burn-out or boredom, entertaining ideas of bettering their lives. Most of my clients are approaching the 'midlife initiation' and are asking some big questions about their lives and/or noticing a building 'restlessness' about their quality of life.My mission is to help women manage the mental, emotional and spiritual terrains that accompany change and life challenges, by shifting focus to healing and empowerment, connecting to emotional intelligence and higher purpose, and calling forth a soul-inspired vision for what's next. I offer tools that include perspective illumination, mindfulness, focused awareness, self-mastery, communication coaching, and creative expression of innate talents and gifts to help women gain clarity about their next steps in life, and make empowered decisions to CREATE a better vision for their life. I am especially adept at seeing the big picture of any given situation and planning forward-moving action, so when change comes a-knocking, I assist women in following their own urges to expand and live from the deepest level of authenticity and purpose, while cultivating joy, fulfillment, and prosperity.Professionally trained in psychology, communication and psycho-spiritual healing and growth and as a Spiritual Director and Coach, Akashic Records consultant, Gateway Dreaming Facilitator, Munay-Ki mentor, Reiki and shamanic energy healing practitioner, and best-selling author, I work with clients one-on-one, and facilitate group healing, soul empowerment education & activation workshops and meditations.My personal passions centre around a dedication to lifelong learning, creative expression, ecstatic dancing, and playing in nature.
