I have been a yoga student for 23 years and a teacher for over 18 years with extensive training in Hatha Yoga, Yoga Philosophy, Experiential Anatomy and Somatics. I am deeply inspired by the way that the yoga tradition evolves through community and conversation explorations, arguments, questions, doubts, and experiences that lead to new discoveries. I love to weave my passion for mythology into the physical practice, as an opportunity for self-reflection. I hope to inspire and hold space for my students to dive deeper into their bodies, hearts, and minds than they ever could have imagined.I am interested in teaching "Yoga and Mindfulness" programs at colleges and high schools, corporate settings, and as part of the preventive healthcare system.I teach group yoga classes, private and semi-private sessions, specialized yoga workshops, Prenatal Yoga, and Yoga Teacher Trainings 200/300 hours.As an artist, my works are best described as spontaneous, organic creations that emerge out of a sense of playfulness and curiosity to experiment with different media and techniques.I find inspiration in the inner world as much as the outer world.My paintings are a vibrant, fluid expression of who I am and how I experience life.https://www.artbyandra.net https://www.redbubble.com/people/artbyandra
