In my role of Feature Engineer – Service Manager, I’m responsible for the quality of the services that ING Tech RO provides (monitor performance of payment application, incident and problem management process, application new feature approved by Asset Owner and tested by users) for communication and alignment of new change requests with stakeholders, ensure security process (monitor vulnerabilities, patching process, security scanning and define scenarios for security event monitoring systems) of the application is according with the company standards, prepare documentation for internal or external auditors.Manage a payment application life cycle, assure business continuity( customer reporting and communication, escalation process for incidents or problems process). Help with the splitting costs model based of fixed and variable costs. Coordinate new branches enrollment on the payment application (prepare the onboarding packages and documentations requested by regulatory authorities).Help my squad during sprints with system testing of the payment application developed in house. My team uses the Agile Methodology (SCRUM).Areas of expertise: IT Service management, IT Infrastructure process, Security and Event monitoring process, Vendor management, Incident and Problem Management, Risk Management.
